Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years experience in automotive supply chain, sales planning, or business strategy
- Proven experience in regional HQ or complex, multi-market/stakeholder environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production, Finance, Product teams
- Solid understanding of automotive S&OP frameworks, end-to-end planning cycles, OEM supply chain structures
- Knowledge of vehicle production planning, allocation, inventory management, lifecycle planning under constraints
- Familiarity with EU CO2 regulatory frameworks, emissions compliance, EV transition impact
- Strong analytical and operational skills: data analysis, KPI tracking, supply coordination, stakeholder communication
Aufgaben
- Lead business analysis to identify challenges
- Recommend data-driven solutions across the organization
- Assess and define "as-is" and "to-be" processes
- Support effective internal communication
- Manage stakeholder engagement for business objective alignment
- Define and manage the European CO2 management roadmap, ensuring compliance and sales alignment
- Monitor CO2 performance and supply constraints
- Identify CO2 risks
- Coordinate mitigation actions, including mix adjustments and contingency planning
- Manage regional S&OP to align demand, production, and inventory
- Coordinate with production plants to align planning with demand and allocation priorities
- Manage order-to-delivery (OTD) processes
- Contribute to improvements in supply chain visibility, lead times, and stock efficiency
- Define and execute vehicle allocation strategies considering volume, mix, channel priorities, and profitability targets
- Analyze profitability and cost structures to support allocation and supply decisions
- Coordinate ZEV supply planning in line with regulatory requirements and market demand
- Contribute to improvement initiatives in supply planning and operational processes
- Manage and develop the Business Planning team, including role allocation, capability development, and succession planning
