- Assess material turnover using consumption data and stock levels
- Improve purchase planning and stock requirement forecasting
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Product, and other stakeholders
- Align and optimize strategic business targets
- Assess impact of volume and product mix changes on CO₂ targets
- Recommend volume reallocation and product mix optimization
- Manage production and shipment planning across models and regions
- Prepare and present monthly reports on orders, production, and shipments
- Lead sales and production coordination meetings
- Resolve supply and operational challenges
- Track and analyze sales forecasts versus actuals
- Identify gaps and improvement actions
- Support operational decision-making with sales analysis
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning
- Evaluate plant investment plans and their impact
- Oversee logistics flow from plants to compounds
- Support system improvements and issue resolution
- Analyze and interpret EU CO₂ regulations
- Ensure business plans align with compliance requirements
- Monitor short-, mid-, and long-term CO₂ performance
- Develop data-driven forecasts based on sales volumes
- Analyze production plans and powertrain mix
