- Optimize raw material, intermediate, and finished product flows
- Ensure logistics processes meet compliance, quality, and safety standards
- Drive efficiency and alignment with financial operations
- Deploy innovative supply chain concepts
- Manage logistics networks across global sites
- Maintain adherence to pharmaceutical regulations
- Implement and control material flows across multiple sites
- Adhere to regulatory requirements for material flows
- Align logistics and financial flows for transparency and compliance
- Deploy Just in Time (JIT), Just in Sequence (JIS), and Milkrun concepts
- Support logistics network strategy projects
- Design compliant footprint for logistics
- Optimize material management
- Define process frameworks for inbound and outbound logistics
- Address cross docking, consolidation, and deconsolidation
- Manage returns and cold chain handling
- Handle controlled substances according to pharma regulations
- Evaluate logistics cost risks
- Assess regulatory compliance risks
- Monitor service levels across product lifecycle models
