- Design and manage logistics systems for GxP and GDP compliance
- Implement order management and service provider coordination
- Manage in-country supply planning and allocation
- Design compliant hub-and-spoke distribution structures
- Validate system integration for hub operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance in system integration
- Assess service-level impacts and throughput efficiency
- Evaluate transport lead times and cost-to-serve
- Assess 1PL to 5PL logistics provider models
- Ensure adherence to regulatory roles and responsibilities
