- Lead the full commercial cycle from identification to closing
- Conduct ROI reviews and quarterly business reports
- Collaborate on product demonstrations and solution positioning
- Align product roadmaps with enterprise client needs
- Coordinate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding
- Represent the customer's voice to internal product teams
- Manage pipeline forecasting and drive open opportunities
- Navigate complex enterprise setups to move opportunities forward
- Evaluate account performance to drive revenue growth
