Anforderungen

  • 4–8 years experience in customer success, strategic account management, consulting, enterprise project delivery, or similar client-facing roles
  • Proven ability to manage and grow complex B2B customer relationships
  • Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of creating long-term customer value
  • Comfortable discussing business goals, expansion opportunities, and commercial outcomes
  • Proactive identification of risks, opportunities, and next steps
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities
  • Collaborative, comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
  • Ownership and independent drive of topics
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving processes in scaling company
  • Curious, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
  • Fluent English; German is a plus
  • Ideally based in Berlin
  • Experience in sustainability, agriculture, food systems, climate tech, or supply chain transformation
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS, consulting, or strategic implementation programs
  • Understanding of regenerative agriculture, Scope 3, or supply chain sustainability initiatives
  • Encouraged to apply even if not meeting every requirement

  • Own strategic customer relationships
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key enterprise customers
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments
  • Understand customer goals and organizational dynamics
  • Guide accounts toward success proactively
  • Ensure successful onboarding and implementation
  • Define and track success metrics with customers
  • Lead business reviews and strategic planning discussions
  • Identify and resolve risks proactively
  • Drive account growth and expansion
  • Identify opportunities to expand programs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on account strategy
  • Orchestrate cross-functional team collaboration
  • Manage timelines and customer commitments
  • Improve internal processes and customer experience
  • Bring customer feedback into product discussions
  • Shape customer success processes and best practices
  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence
