Anforderungen
- 1–3 years commercial, sales, analytics, consulting, or client-facing experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, analytics, social sciences, or related field
- Interest in or exposure to consumer goods, services, or adjacent industries
- Exposure to Market Research, Analytics & Insights, Consulting, or SaaS (plus)
- Fluent German and English, comfortable in professional client environment
- Commercial mindset and motivation to grow in sales role
- Ability to structure problems and translate data into client-relevant messages
- Curiosity and strong interest in data, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making
Aufgaben
- Identify and shape client opportunities
- Drive the sales process from initial conversations to closing
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Contribute to revenue targets
- Support opportunity prioritization and forecasting
- Engage with client stakeholders in meetings
- Support commercial conversations
- Build professional relationships with clients
- Develop opportunities in consumer goods and services
- Position SA&I solutions across the brand and product life cycle
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
- Work with Customer Success and internal teams
- Scope solutions and develop proposals
- Support successful client outcomes
