Strategic Account Manager Medical Europe(m/w/x)
Driving medical polymer growth in Europe through strategic account planning and early-stage customer engagement. 8-12+ years B2B commercial experience in medical devices or related healthcare markets required. Focus on design-in selling and navigating European regulatory landscapes.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–12+ years B2B commercial experience in medical devices, polymers, specialty chemicals, or related healthcare markets
- Success in new business development and account growth, including design-in/specification selling
- Strong understanding of medical product development cycles, regulatory requirements, and validation processes
- Experience in multi-country European commercial environment
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and contract negotiation
- Technical fluency to engage engineering, quality, and regulatory stakeholders
- Ability to drive results in a matrixed organization through cross-functional leadership
- Strong project management and pipeline management discipline, with focus on execution and results
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or more
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Engineering, or related field)
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience negotiating long-term, multi-year agreements in medical or specialty materials industry
