Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–12+ years B2B commercial experience in medical devices, polymers, specialty chemicals, or related healthcare markets
  • Success in new business development and account growth, including design-in/specification selling
  • Strong understanding of medical product development cycles, regulatory requirements, and validation processes
  • Experience in multi-country European commercial environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and contract negotiation
  • Technical fluency to engage engineering, quality, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Ability to drive results in a matrixed organization through cross-functional leadership
  • Strong project management and pipeline management discipline, with focus on execution and results
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or more
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Engineering, or related field)
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience negotiating long-term, multi-year agreements in medical or specialty materials industry
