- Develop market-entry strategies using strategic frameworks
- Build business cases and financial models
- Define 3-5 year business roadmap
- Develop scenario analyses and risk-adjusted recommendations
- Identify key target customers
- Establish strategic relationships with key customers
- Lead early-stage customer discussions
- Capture structured Voice-of-Customer insights
- Translate market needs into R&D inputs
- Support teams in understanding industry standards
- Prepare organization for new market requirements
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Quality
- Ensure clarity and alignment across interfaces
- Ensure readiness in supply chain, compliance, testing, and quality management
- Act as strategic sparring partner to CEO and senior leadership
