- SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programmes experience
- Understanding of SAP Fiori, analytics, user-centred design
- Familiarity with SAP integration, cloud deployment, extensibility (SAP BTP)
- Balancing business needs with standardisation and scalability
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Greenfield or brownfield SAP transformation programmes experience
- Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI, ABAP, or SAP BI
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools
- Experience in international, multi-location organisations
- Work within SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP BTP/CPI, SAP BI, ABAP landscape
Aufgaben
- Define and drive SAP transformation vision
- Own and prioritize SAP product backlog
- Translate strategic goals into roadmaps and increments
- Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA core models
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives
- Challenge fit-to-standard proposals
- Shape scalable enterprise templates
- Partner with stakeholders for alignment
