- Clear communicator with strong ownership and accountability, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
- Data-aware and outcome oriented, using metrics and insights to drive value materialization and challenge status-quo
- Excellent communication skills in English

- Drive delivery services initiatives from idea to market rollout
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog
- Gather input from customers, logistics, and tech
- Analyze data and contribute to solution design
- Align stakeholder needs and priorities
- Support agile ceremonies and team culture
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and operations
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
