- Strong technical foundation with deep understanding of complex system architectures, API centric solutions, and modular, decoupled software landscapes
- Proven experience working closely with advanced engineering teams and driving delivery in agile product development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured, data-driven approach to prioritization and product decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical complexity into clear requirements, product priorities, and actionable user stories
- Strong ownership mindset and confidence navigating cross-functional dependencies across Engineering, commercial, and domain expert stakeholders
- Ideally, experience in Energy Trading, battery storage, IoT, or previous background in Software Engineering
Aufgaben
- Shape software vision for asset side and trading interface
- Drive development of interface between battery storage and trading services
- Own and evolve technical interface between trading backends and control units
- Own product backlog for development team
- Translate platform and system needs into requirements and user stories
- Balance daily delivery with long-term product thinking
- Shape roadmap priorities based on customer value and technical needs
- Align requirements with Engineering, Trading, and Sales
- Manage cross-functional dependencies
- Turn product goals into executable outcomes
