- Own the product strategy for monetizing flexible assets
- Develop Route to Market and Trading as a Service offerings
- Maximize value of battery storage and flexible assets
- Own commercial success across the product lifecycle
- Develop business cases for the portfolio
- Define pricing strategy for the portfolio
- Develop packaging for the portfolio
- Drive margin expansion for the portfolio
- Ensure long-term scalability of the portfolio
- Assess market developments and regulatory changes
- Identify new product opportunities and growth potential
- Ground product decisions in market design understanding
- Incorporate dispatch logic into product decisions
- Consider bidding strategies in product decisions
- Factor in operational constraints for product decisions
- Identify revenue stacking opportunities
- Translate market and customer requirements into product solutions
- Partner with Trading, Sales, and Operations
- Collaborate with Software Development
- Build and strengthen a high-performing product organization
- Enable high-quality execution at speed
- Lead and coach Product Managers and Product Owners
- Develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners
- Foster a culture of accountability
