- Ship the platform with golden paths, CI/CD, and observability
- Create developer environments that remove friction for engineers
- Transform AI experiments into robust infrastructure
- Develop agent-ready codebases and documentation
- Ensure shared context and skills for AI enablement
- Implement evaluation and telemetry for AI systems
- Establish guardrails for delegating tasks to agents
- Set the strategy for AI adoption in engineering
- Work with engineering leadership to standardize AI practices
- Define metrics for measuring AI impact
- Identify key leverage points for AI integration
- Establish patterns and practices for AI adoption
- Mentor engineers on platform and AI-assisted workflows
- Spread effective AI practices across the organization
- Extend platform and practices to AI enablement company-wide
