- 10+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expert-level proficiency in GoLang in microservice architecture
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI-native applications
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and high-concurrency systems
- Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks
- Proven ability to optimize RAG pipelines for latency and cost
- Familiarity with building multi-agent workflows
- Experience building internal SDKs or libraries for AI features
Aufgaben
- Write high-stakes code for AI solutions
- Lead implementation of scalable backend services
- Solve complex architectural problems across teams
- Collaborate with PMs and ML engineers on AI prototypes
- Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle from data retrieval to monitoring
- Design complex conversational states and communication protocols
- Set standards for AI development and influence technical direction
