- Balance short-term needs with long-term content vision.
- Operate with speed, agility, and bias for action.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate designs.
- Connect with users, conduct interviews, and gather feedback.
- Ground design decisions in real-world needs.
- Set high design quality standards.
- Design simple, efficient apps for internal communicators.
- Design for an AI-native app experience.
