Developing DACH partner sales plans and leading pipeline reviews for an AI-native Employee Experience Platform. 3+ years in B2B sales or partnerships with referral partners in software expected. Yearly €1560 flex work allowance, LTIP, 31 annual vacation days.
Anforderungen
- 3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to meet revenue or pipeline goals
- Experience with referral partners, agencies, or consultancies in B2B software
- Strong communication, high empathy, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive self-starter with initiative and drive
- Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ users)
- Business fluent German and English
- Comfort with hybrid work and travel (25% in-region + HQ visits)
- Experience with CRM or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) (plus)

- Develop and execute the DACH partner sales plan
- Lead business planning sessions
- Lead partner pipeline reviews
- Lead regular partner check-ins
- Monitor market trends
- Analyze the competitive landscape
- Refine sales strategy
- Build and grow the partner pipeline
- Engage proactively with partners
- Plan joint opportunities with partners
- Co-sell with partners
- Support partners in positioning Staffbase
- Organize co-marketing activities with partners
- Deliver partner onboarding programs
- Provide partner enablement programs
- Conduct partner sales coaching
- Serve as main contact for DACH partners
- Build long-term partner relationships
- Share news, updates, and resources with partners
- Gather partner feedback
- Organize and host partner roundtables and meetups
- Monitor partner performance against key metrics
- Identify performance bottlenecks
- Share insights with internal teams
- Propose improvements to internal teams
- Report on partner contribution to sales and growth
