- Drive global compliance and audit execution
- Own the compliance program with Group Finance and external advisors
- Ensure timely completion of all tax filings
- Lead audit defense and support year-end tax disclosures
- Manage queries and judgment areas during group audits
- Assist with local audits and transfer pricing audits
- Oversee tax compliance activities and challenge advisory spend
- Lead the global transfer pricing lifecycle and benchmarking efforts
- Ensure arm's-length compliance across all legal entities
- Maintain up-to-date intercompany agreements
- Review tax footprint of key hubs to optimize policies
- Identify areas to simplify intercompany processes
- Review tax clauses in sales contracts
- Support geographical expansion plans and legal entity setup
