- Own the architecture and technical vision for the V1 Trust Accounting product
- Design and implement core backend services for a trust accounting subsystem
- Ensure the trust accounting subsystem is secure, scalable, and auditable
- Establish quality gates and robust testing for new features
- Integrate CI/CD to ensure feature confidence and correctness
- Drive best practices for system design, observability, and security
- Focus on quality, resilience, and financial accuracy in engineering practices
- Collaborate with product, design, finance, and legal teams
- Provide technical context in cross-functional discussions
- Conduct code reviews to elevate engineers' technical skills
- Provide architectural guidance to the team
- Engage in hands-on pairing with engineers
