Aufgaben
- Coordinate, plan, and manage Technology Infrastructure deliverables
- Manage Technology efforts with Shipyard, Project Team, and Vendors
- Ensure schedule and financial health of the project
- Provide project management and technical leadership
- Act as Marine & Technical (Technology) Studio representative
- Interact with project core team members
- Direct team members and outside consultants/vendors
- Define and document efficient build processes
- Standardize and execute multiple ship builds for Technology scope
- Define, document, and complete complex projects/programs
- Take responsibility for project/program budget
- Plan and monitor project progress against baseline plans
- Manage project configuration within governance framework
- Maintain project controls (budgets, resources, change control, risk, testing)
- Monitor and control project resources, revenue, and capital costs
- Manage project stakeholder expectations
- Ensure project deliverables meet cost, timescale, and resource budgets
- Obtain sign-off for project deliverables
- Provide effective leadership to the project team
- Take action on team performance deviations
- Provide expertise and guidance for project delivery
- Motivate teams to meet objectives
- Manage projects with personal accountability for time and cost
- Utilize project management methodology, tools, and templates
- Apply project planning, schedule development, scope management, and cost management
- Use industry-standard project methods, tools, and techniques
- Manage delivery including supplier and offshore resources
- Ensure Disney contributors and suppliers perform per agreement
- Ensure conformance to Disney global security policies and procedures
- Oversee 3rd party consultants and vendors as owner's representative
- Coordinate with functional management on staffing, budget, and strategy
- Assemble and manage design schedules, labor estimates, and budgets
- Perform Earned Value, budget, and schedule controls
- Provide technical and administrative leadership for cost management
- Track and report project costs and schedules
- Report on project status and issues
- Participate in weekly project staff meetings
- Ensure coordination of multi-discipline scopes of work
- Integrate Technology system requirements and facility impacts
