Aufgaben
- Oversee nautical inspections and design development
- Maintain Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) Safety Standards
- Assist the Marine Superintendent in budget observation
- Attend official shipyard inspections, including steel and deck outfitting
- Inspect surface preparation, paint application, and firefighting systems
- Evaluate fire detection, navigation, lifesaving, safety, security, and medical equipment
- Coordinate with shipyard, suppliers, consultants, and Disney Cruise Line Operations
- Collaborate with the onboard Disney Cruise Line Deck Department
- Provide feedback on maintenance opportunities for new builds
- Ensure compliance with International rules and regulations
- Assist with nautical aspects during official shipyard meetings
- Support planning for the Start-up Operations Team
- Coordinate with the Captain and Staff Captain during Sea Trials
- Work with the Logistics Superintendent on Nautical Owners Furnished Equipment
- Perform additional duties as delegated by the Marine Superintendent
