Aufgaben
- Coordinate international logistics for just-in-time hardware delivery.
- Coordinate Technology Infrastructure tasks across project phases.
- Organize project meetings.
- Prepare agendas and meeting minutes.
- Maintain project schedules and documentation.
- Track project milestones.
- Prepare project status updates.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and vendors.
- Track consultant and vendor deliverables.
- Review documentation for completeness.
- Follow up on outstanding actions.
- Ensure vendor performance aligns with agreements.
- Escalate vendor concerns to project leaders.
- Create and maintain standardized processes and templates.
- Track projects using schedules, budgets, and issue logs.
- Monitor project materials, equipment, and logistics inventory.
- Coordinate travel for team and vendors.
- Process shipyard access requests.
- Manage project team logistical needs.
- Onboard team members with tools and documentation.
- Remove project team blockers.
- Escalate project issues appropriately.
- Ensure deliverables conform to Disney security policies.
