Aufgaben
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple countries
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and within strict deadlines
- Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Mobility, and external payroll providers
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and outsourced payroll providers
- Ensure quality service delivery and timely issue resolution with providers
- Review and validate payroll inputs, calculations, and outputs
- Ensure accuracy of employee transactions including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, benefits, taxes, and statutory deductions
- Prepare payroll-related month-end accounting entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Support audit requirements
- Ensure all payroll filings, statutory submissions, and compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related matters
- Provide clear, professional, and customer-focused support to employees and managers
- Conduct root cause analysis of payroll issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for payroll issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Drive initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate payroll processes
- Strengthen payroll processes and controls
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation
- Provide support and backup coverage for other countries and payroll team members
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented team culture
- Respond to employee questions related to payroll, social insurance, tax, and company car
- Participate in payroll/Finance projects upon request
