Sr Market Access Manager – Germany(m/w/x)

As a Sr Market Access Manager in Germany, you will engage with key healthcare stakeholders to enhance access to the Omnipod Insulin Management System. This role involves influencing medical policies, collaborating on pricing strategies, and ensuring that healthcare providers and patients can easily access vital products and services.

Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, health economics, or equivalent
- •Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales or market access
- •Strong knowledge of Government requirements, standards, and processes in Switzerland and Austria
- •Experience in Health Economics, particularly modelling and cost-effectiveness analysis
- •Proven experience in value demonstration, value dossier, and value communication
- •Relationships with decision makers and key influencers
- •In-depth understanding of health insurance systems, reimbursement pathways, price negotiations, and contracting
- •Ability to work as part of a team
- •Ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
- •Ability to prioritize and drive for results with an emphasis on quality
- •Ability to analyze diverse sets of complex information and distill into recommended strategy
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at multiple levels of an organization
- •Good organizational and analytical skills
- •Well-developed negotiation skills
- •Self-motivated, ambitious, and positive
- •Strong computer proficiency and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- •Fluent in German and English (day-to-day working language)

- •Support pricing strategy implementation and value-based contracting
- •Analyze pricing data, including External Reference Pricing
- •Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Customer Care to align on access strategies
- •Provide strategic insights and feedback to internal teams
- •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics and payer needs
- •Drive access mindset through training and communication initiatives
