Sr Market Access Manager – Germany(m/w/x)
Market access strategy for Omnipod diabetes devices, influencing medical policy and pricing in national healthcare systems. Health economics expertise and Swiss/Austrian government requirements knowledge essential. Extensive stakeholder engagement, cross-country regulatory focus.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, health economics, or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales or market access
- Strong knowledge of Government requirements, standards, and processes in Switzerland and Austria
- Experience in Health Economics, particularly modelling and cost-effectiveness analysis
- Proven experience in value demonstration, value dossier, and value communication
- Relationships with decision makers and key influencers
- In-depth understanding of health insurance systems, reimbursement pathways, price negotiations, and contracting
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and drive for results with an emphasis on quality
- Ability to analyze diverse sets of complex information and distill into recommended strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at multiple levels of an organization
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and positive
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in German and English (day-to-day working language)
Aufgaben
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in national healthcare systems
- Identify policy priorities and share insights with leadership
- Educate stakeholders to influence medical policy decisions and improve access
- Collaborate on value dossiers and adapt value propositions to local needs
- Support pricing strategy implementation and value-based contracting
- Analyze pricing data, including External Reference Pricing
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Customer Care to align on access strategies
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to internal teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics and payer needs
- Drive access mindset through training and communication initiatives
