Sr Contracts Specialist(m/w/x)
End-to-end pricing and contracting for the Omnipod platform. Solid understanding of payer-driven operations required. Support for local account challenges and payer-based reimbursement.
Anforderungen
- Solid understanding of pricing, contracting, and commercial operations, ideally in payer-driven or regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

- High level of accountability, ownership, and reliability
- Strong systems affinity; CRM/ERP and contract or pricing systems experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar, or similar working experience
- Relevant experience in commercial operations, contracting, pricing, or commercial support role, ideally in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Hands-on Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Contract-to-Cash processes
- Experience in cross-functional, international environments (e.g. Sales, Market Access, Customer Care, Finance)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and SAP
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end pricing, contracting, and C2C operations
- Act as central operational owner and subject matter expert
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal pricing and contract matters
- Work closely with Market Access, Customer Care, Finance, and FP&A
- Address local account challenges and support payer-based reimbursement
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in C2C landscape
- Support Sr. Commercial Manager DACH on strategic and operational topics
- Own and manage pricing setup activities
- Create and maintain sales deals and price lists
- Interpret and manage contractual terms and rebate structures
- Maintain regional contract database with Market Access team
- Ensure accurate creation and governance of payer master data
- Onboard new payers and ensure data quality and compliance
- Ensure usability of pricing and contract information for reporting
- Partner with Market Access, Customer Care, and Finance to address issues
- Resolve payer non-payments, claims, and escalations
- Work with Accounting and FP&A on new pricing models and arrangements
- Implement improvements to C2C processes and related systems
- Contribute to broader commercial and operational initiatives
- Own pricing setup, sales deal configuration, and price list maintenance
- Govern contract database and payer master data
- Define and enforce pricing and contracting process standards
