Anforderungen

  • University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MBA, or equivalent) is a strong asset
  • At least 3 years of experience in market access, pricing, health economics, outcomes research, or early asset and portfolio strategy
  • Experience ideally gained in global or cross-functional environments
  • Proven experience shaping market access and value strategies across product lifecycle
  • Focus on early-stage development and launch preparation
  • Experience with products with and without formal reimbursement pathways
  • Strong understanding of clinical science
  • Ability to interpret clinical data
  • Translate scientific evidence into strategic value implications
  • Ability to bring together clinical, economic, and stakeholder perspectives
  • Create coherent, differentiated value propositions and positioning
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Solid project management skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable working in complex international environment

  • Work with portfolio strategy teams on new ideas
  • Contribute market access assessments and strategic input
  • Shape value propositions and product positioning
  • Develop and roll out global value dossiers
  • Adapt global value strategies to local market requirements
  • Train and guide regional and local teams on market access
  • Lead market access and health system analyses
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and pricing evaluations
  • Generate and review clinical and economic evidence
  • Support health economic and outcomes research
  • Collaborate with external vendors for robust evidence
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
