Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Big Four firm or similar high-performance environment
- Experience with financial modelling, company and project valuations (DCF, multiples) is an advantage
- Strong interest in project-driven work and cross-functional collaboration
- Highly analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models
- Advanced Power Point skills (e.g. Thinkcell)
- Strong affinity for BI tools and data analytics (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex topics clearly
- Strong business acumen with ability to challenge assumptions and drive insights
- High level of accuracy, structure, and attention to detail
- Self-starter with motivation to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Ability to work independently while engaging stakeholders effectively
- Reliable team player with proactive and hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Challenge, validate, and critically assess business plans and financial assumptions
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and value drivers
- Prepare financial analyses and decision-support material for senior and executive management
- Prepare user-friendly and insightful PowerPoint presentations
- Act as sparring partner to Executive Management, Controlling, Business Groups, and Strategy
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture
- Perform month-end closing analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Improve month-end closing processes for speed, accuracy, and reliability
- Drive standardization and automation of reporting and KPI dashboards for Business Groups
