Anforderungen
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in group accounting or auditing, ideally in an international environment
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and consolidation techniques
- Proven experience applying IT tools and AI to improve finance processes, identifying automation opportunities and implementing digital solutions
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in project and process management is a strong plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Prepare quarterly and annual group financial statements
- Ensure IFRS compliance in financial statements
- Perform consolidation activities
- Integrate financial data from all entities
- Lead IFRS goodwill and asset impairment tests
- Align with relevant parties on IFRS matters
- Serve as IFRS subject matter expert
- Advise group entities on IFRS
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting standards
- Promote efficiency with IT tools and AI
- Identify automation and digital transformation opportunities
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Respond to audit inquiries
- Implement audit recommendations
- Identify process improvements
- Enhance efficiency and reporting quality
- Manage project and process initiatives
