Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate internal projects impacting accounting processes
- Lead initiatives to improve accounting workflow efficiency, accuracy, and automation
- Systematically evaluate new tools, automation, and digital solutions for process improvement and cost reduction
- Define and standardize end-to-end accounting processes across group entities
- Strengthen internal controls across accounting processes
- Develop and maintain standardized accounting documentation
- Ensure alignment with accounting policies and IFRS/GAAP
- Partner with IT, Controlling, Tax, Procurement, and other functions for seamless integration
- Collaborate with auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions
