Executive-level sourcing and outreach for senior business and G&A roles at tech startups and scale-ups. Proven executive recruiting experience required. Fully remote with autonomy and flexibility.
Anforderungen
- Proven experience as Senior Executive Recruiter in fast-paced startups/scale-ups
- Exposure to senior business roles (e.g., Director/VP) across Finance, People, Marketing, Strategy, Partnerships, and G&A areas
- Confident in executive-style sourcing and headhunting
- Ability to identify, engage, and attract hard-to-reach talent
- Targeted outreach and sharp storytelling
- Ability to run high-quality front end of process autonomously
- Proficiency in role intake, sourcing strategy, first screens, shortlisting
- Crisp handover to hiring managers with clear recommendations
- Data-driven decision making
- Use of funnel metrics and insights to improve pipeline quality and prioritization
- Stakeholder satisfaction as #1 priority
- Clear communication and expectation setting
- Strong service mindset
- Ambition and collaboration
- Setting and pursuing challenging goals
- Active participation in team problem-solving

- Excellent English skills for internal communication and international clients

Aufgaben
- Partner with clients on high-impact hiring challenges
- Tackle senior business and G&A roles
- Conduct executive-level sourcing and outreach
- Drive roles end-to-end or focus on sourcing/screening
- Build strong, credible candidate pipelines
- Hand over shortlisted candidates to stakeholders
- Support recruitment goals for growth companies
- Manage senior business roles (Director to C-level)
- Proactively manage stakeholders
- Identify and solve recruitment constraints
- Build and execute role-specific sourcing strategies
- Develop delivery forecasts
- Plan backwards from hiring priorities
- Drive proactive executive search and outreach
- Craft compelling narratives for candidates
- Engage high-caliber, passive candidates
- Own the candidate journey end-to-end
- Manage sourcing and first-screen setups
- Ensure strong candidate experience
- Deliver consistently high-quality shortlists
- Use recruiting systems and funnel metrics for insights
- Recommend adjustments to strategy, messaging, or process
- Collaborate with the pplwise team
- Provide or receive support for sourcing bottlenecks
- Run a high-quality front end of the process autonomously
- Conduct role intake
- Develop sourcing strategy
- Perform first screens
- Create shortlists
- Provide crisp handover to hiring managers
