- Experience building scalable tools, templates, reporting processes
- Architecting reporting tools

- Managing day-to-day tactical execution
Aufgaben
- Own the purchasing budget lifecycle
- Lead annual and quarterly budget planning
- Coordinate budget allocations with Category Managers
- Dynamically adjust forecasts to protect cash flow
- Hit growth targets with adjusted forecasts
- Provide a 360° view of category performance
- Identify risks and opportunities to accelerate stock rotation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure data-driven corrective actions are taken
- Centralize and standardize weekly commercial reporting
- Centralize and standardize order forecasting
- Build scalable tools for reporting and forecasting
- Build scalable templates for reporting and forecasting
- Build automated processes for reporting and forecasting
- Ensure a 'single source of truth' across the organization
- Act as strategic lead for customer pricing measurement
- Identify portfolio optimization opportunities
- Own effectiveness of tactical pricing mechanisms
- Manage discounts, offers, and seasonal promotions
- Act as analytical interface between departments
- Ensure purchasing volumes align with warehouse capacity
- Lead structured communication of performance to stakeholders
