  • •Operate advanced SFCC, CMS, and PIM functionalities
  • •Coordinate technical fixes with IT and external partners
  • •Align market-relevant execution with global frameworks
  • •Maintain recurring and ad-hoc performance dashboards
  • •Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • •Present performance findings to cross-functional stakeholders
  • •Analyze trends to diagnose root causes and corrective actions
  • •Serve as the primary contact for a defined expert area
  • •Evolve SOPs and best practices for your field
  • •Manage workstreams within cross-functional projects
  • •Identify risks and drive continuous process improvements
