  • •Deliver initiatives on time and against KPIs
  • •Champion continuous improvement through performance reviews
  • •Align commercial and technical roadmaps to elevate the customer journey
  • •Collaborate with global teams to influence technical priorities
  • •Align stakeholders across the cluster for local execution
  • •Coach team members to foster commercial and technical excellence
  • •Promote a high-performance culture of ownership and accountability
