- Technical leadership and outstanding customer-facing skills
- Passion for web-based technologies and understanding of functionality, use cases, and business and technical elements
- Consultative approach regarding technology and product positioning
- Experience in solution design or solution architecture related to collaboration/workflow/project management
- Experience in fast-paced, high growth software companies
- Fluency in German and English
- Legal eligibility to work in Germany on an ongoing basis
Aufgaben
- Develop deep expertise in Smartsheet workflows and solution design
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical platform demonstrations
- Design creative solutions for customer requirements with fellow engineers
- Build and demonstrate solutions that solve specific customer problems
- Provide daily technical support to cross-functional sales partners
- Prepare technical responses for prospect questions and knowledge bases
- Define best practices for enterprise-wide platform usage
- Collaborate with Product teams to align offerings with customer needs
- Represent the company at marketing events and onsite demonstrations
