- Understanding of industry reporting and accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic problem-solving skills and curiosity
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in risk controlling or middle office
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years' relevant professional experience

- Analyze prospective clients' infrastructure and business requirements
- Identify operational pain points and propose technical solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's product
- Manage and delegate tasks for prospect RFPs
- Communicate the core value proposition through demonstrations
