Aufgaben
- Lead and manage a team of 5 Solution Engineers and Proof-of-Value function
- Set quality and speed standards for the team
- Hire, develop, and mentor team members with empathy and performance focus
- Design and implement processes for customer onboarding
- Conduct capacity planning and quality control
- Document effective processes and eliminate ineffective ones
- Participate hands-on in complex customer onboarding
- Develop and drive the vision for solution engineering
- Conduct IT presales calls with prospects
- Align with Account Executives on scope and technical feasibility
- Communicate technical capabilities and limitations clearly
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to automate manual tasks
- Serve as the liaison between Solution Engineering and the broader Tech organization
- Advocate for productization of manual workarounds
- Lead technical escalations with Heads of Procurement and IT
- Build trust with customers during escalations
- Mentor team members during technical escalations
- Leverage AI to enhance team productivity
- Experiment with AI tools, measure their impact, and scale successful solutions
