- Communicate platform alignment with regulatory requirements
- Shape solution proposals with sales and engineering
- Document recommended architectures and onboarding plans
- Identify and mitigate potential technical blockers
- Escalate technical issues to product teams
- Share customer insights to influence product roadmaps
- Support technical handoffs to Customer Success
- Ensure implementation readiness for new customers
- Contribute to internal playbooks and knowledge bases
