- Defining and delivering end-to-end architecture
- Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, industry platforms)
- Cloud and infrastructure (Azure, AWS, hybrid models)
- Data and analytics architecture
- Identity and access management architecture
- Day-1 planning, TSA structures, and post-merger integration or carve-out execution
- Consulting skillset across strategy, design, and execution
- Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure deal environments
- Manage and influence cross-functional and cross-geography teams
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, business leaders)
- Connect technology decisions to business value and synergy outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities
- Supporting business development activities (proposals, solution shaping, client presentations) is desirable
- Facilitation skills, client workshops and design sessions
- Clear articulation of complex ideas through written and verbal communication
- Creative and inquisitive mindset, ability to challenge assumptions
- Business fluency in English
- Business fluency in German
Aufgaben
- Define end-to-end integration and separation architectures
- Develop Target Operating Models and transition states
- Create technical and operational roadmaps
- Translate deal intent into executable architecture designs
- Establish architectural standards and guardrails
- Lead pre-deal technology due diligence
- Assess feasibility of integration and separation plans
- Identify Day-1 risks and dependencies
- Support post-close stabilisation and TSA exit
- Ensure alignment with business execution
- Bridge strategy and delivery teams
- Align architecture decisions with programme governance
- Engage senior client stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops for architecture direction
- Articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Contribute to M&A methodologies and assets
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Coach junior team members
- Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation
- Maximize value and minimize risk
- Leverage emerging technologies for efficiency
