- Define platform architecture and roadmap features
- Increase AI embedment within the digital health platform
- Create and maintain solution assets and demos
- Represent the platform on social media and at events
- Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate regional roll-in and roll-out plans
- Manage strategic partnerships within the platform ecosystem
- Facilitate requirement discussions with healthcare organizations
- Design tailored solutions and proof of concept implementations
- Oversee technical delivery for customer projects
- Track KPIs for adoption and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales success
- Identify opportunities for co-innovation and co-development
- Support sales teams with pipeline development planning
