- Several years of professional experience in social media or digital communications
- Strong experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation
- Experience with analytics and performance measurement in social media
- Exposure to multimedia content creation or coordination
- At least four years managing a team
- At least five years experience dealing with or managing creative agencies
- Strong strategic and operational understanding of social media ecosystems
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful campaigns
- Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into decisions
- Good understanding of how multimedia enhances social media performance
- Ability to manage content pipelines across multiple contributors and stakeholders
- Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic redesign of FSC’s social media programme
- Develop coherent, narrative-driven social media strategy
- Plan and coordinate integrated social media campaigns
- Ensure structured, proactive content planning
- Manage campaign frameworks and evaluation approaches
- Lead social media planning cycles and thematic series
- Define and monitor performance indicators
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Provide creative direction for social media content
- Design consistent content formats and storytelling approaches
- Translate complex content into compelling social media outputs
- Utilize multimedia formats to enhance storytelling
- Guide development of platform-appropriate multimedia assets
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for content production
- Promote efficient reuse of multimedia assets
- Establish programme-level governance and standards
- Develop guidelines and best-practice resources
- Advise regional offices on social media planning
- Ensure global consistency with regional adaptation
- Introduce and manage digital and AI tools
- Explore new social formats and platform features
