- •New account sales focus
- •Existing relationships in large enterprise accounts
- •Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
- •Ability to communicate and collaborate across business lines
- •Strong operational command in managing franchises

- •Generate pipeline and manage forecasting for Services opportunities
- •Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer digital transformation roadmaps
- •Drive the right mix of ServiceNow services to meet customer needs
- •Arrange and conduct Executive and CxO discussions related to services
- •Lead the team in solutioning, scoping, and proposal development
- •Implement value-based selling for Implementation Services opportunities
