- Several years of hands-on experience developing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM)
- Clear communication in documentation and discussions
- CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-CSM certifications (strong plus)
- Self-organized, analytical, and goal-oriented work
- Curiosity and drive to learn and adapt
- Strong English communication skills
- Beneficial German language skills
Aufgaben
- Develop and shape ServiceNow governance and platform landscape
- Enhance processes, standards, and best practices
- Design and implement ServiceNow CSM and ITSM capabilities
- Develop flows, scripts, UI policies, and IntegrationHub spokes
- Create upgrade-safe customizations
- Build and manage external integrations
- Coordinate with external providers for SLAs/OLAs and contracts
- Establish governance for release cycles
- Ensure data model and error-handling processes
- Maintain security boundaries
- Apply security best practices
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audits
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements
- Continuously enhance the platform
- Drive platform adoption through demos
- Create knowledge articles
- Conduct training sessions
- Analyze performance insights
