- Experience with international stakeholders and suppliers
- Good German and English skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and deep technical understanding
- Clear ownership mindset and sense of responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary and international collaboration
Aufgaben
- Manage the technical roadmap for Mobile Robotics.
- Define and develop system architectures.
- Establish technical standards and guidelines.
- Oversee technical products for MR-based sorting and intralogistics.
- Oversee technical products for LS applications with external MR solutions.
- Develop modular, scalable solutions for global reuse.
- Translate market, customer, business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate, qualify, and integrate external robotics and technology partners.
- Define integration and interface standards.
- Ensure interoperability within complex systems.
- Provide technical support for Sales and Pre-Projects.
- Build best practices and internal standards for Mobile Robotics.
- Collaborate with I&D Platform team for consistent architecture.
