- •Expertise in business and technology value architecting
- •Ability to determine methods and procedures autonomously
- •Proven experience in managing team efforts
- •In-depth understanding of IT & Digital technology strategy
- •Extensive experience in providing technology advisory services
- •Ability to operate across various industries
- •Proactively acquired business knowledge
- •German language skills: Native or C1 Certified
- •5+ years ServiceNow experience in a similar role
- •Proven and relevant past consulting experience or strong in-house IT & Digital strategy experience
- •Strong communication skills
- •Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Strong human relations skills
- •Ability to create and maintain networks
- •Ability to lead and work in a team environment
- •Ability to provide a credible demonstration of ServiceNow
- •Willingness to travel

- •Engage with senior management to guide recommendations and secure buy-in on strategic matters
