- •Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes
- •ServiceNow cloud environment configuration experience
- •Agile/Scrum and teamwork experience
- •BA/BS and 5+ years experience or AS and 7 years experience
- •TESA Eligibility
- •CompTIA Security+ certification
- •Active DoD Secret clearance
- •ServiceNow CSA certification or higher
- •ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB modeling experience
- •Strategic Portfolio Management module experience
- •Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks
- •On-premises to cloud migration experience
