  • •CompTIA Security+ certification
  • •Active DoD Secret clearance
  • •ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CAD certification
  • •Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or CMDB
  • •Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management module
  • •Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks
  • •Experience with cloud migrations

  • •Lead the administration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform
  • •Oversee daily operations to ensure platform reliability and security
  • •Develop new capabilities, integrations, and workflow automations
  • •Advise government stakeholders on scalable platform solutions
  • •Manage configuration, documentation, and governance practices
  • •Troubleshoot complex technical issues with onsite expert teams
  • •Contribute to modernization strategies and enterprise architecture
  • •Perform advanced environment maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning
  • •Build custom applications and scripts using DoD frameworks
  • •Manage platform security, access controls, and data policies
  • •Optimize ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules
  • •Lead testing and deployment for new platform releases
  • •Mentor junior administrators on best practices and policies
  • •Gather requirements and deliver technical briefings to customers
