Aufgaben
- Lead and manage infrastructure administrators and engineers
- Serve as technical authority for platform architecture decisions
- Translate strategic requirements into actionable engineering tasks
- Ensure operational health and availability of core services
- Drive adoption of engineering-first workflows and practices
- Plan and execute OS migrations and endpoint management strategies
- Manage privileged account lifecycle policies and STIG compliance
- Coordinate with cybersecurity and architecture teams for DoD standards
- Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation
- Mentor and develop team members through structured training
- Interface with government leadership for technical briefings
- Evaluate impacts of enterprise-level changes on operations
