- Set strategic direction for global Cloud & Hosting Services
- Assume executive ownership of Hosting Operations and Managed Services
- Manage end-to-end P&L responsibility
- Balance reliability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable margin
- Build and lead globally distributed expert organizations
- Oversee Hosting Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Migration Factory, and Compliance & Security Operations
- Translate infrastructure capabilities into productized services
- Establish a clear hosting portfolio with defined SLAs and availability targets
- Implement security guardrails for enterprise healthcare customers
- Define pricing logic for SaaS and subscription transformation
- Support complex enterprise deals and scalable go-to-market models
- Embed security and compliance as design principles
- Implement Zero Trust architectures and regulatory frameworks
- Drive operational excellence through automation and transparency
