•Ship high-quality releases on time and within budget
•Lead and inspire a distributed engineering organization of 200+ FTE
•Build high-performing teams and develop future leaders
•Attract top talent to the company
•Drive a modern, data-driven software development culture
•Foster innovation and risk-taking across architecture and UX
•Improve quality and operations through continuous development
•Align priorities with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Services
•Manage stakeholder expectations and represent Engineering to executive leadership
•Engage with strategic customers as a key business partner
