- •Ensure compliant and streamlined expense report handling
- •Govern process standards for the global T&E program
- •Assist EMEA employees with travel expense inquiries
- •Support internal audits and compliance checks
- •Enforce company policies using Concur and Appzen
- •Administer and optimize the Concur T&E system
- •Collaborate with vendors to enhance process automation
- •Resolve complex expense issues with various departments
- •Deliver T&E policy and system usage training
- •Analyze activity data to provide compliance insights
- •Present regular compliance reports to leadership
- •Act as the first escalation point for complex inquiries
- •Recommend resolutions for T&E exceptions to management
- •Support international regions and US-focused operations
